We deliver our exclusive products worldwide with our shipping partner DHL.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import sales tax, customs clearance fees, or other costs may apply, which you, as the customer, must bear. Please consider this when placing your order!
Within Germany, we ship your order free of charge.
Within the EU, a flat shipping fee of 18.00 Euros applies.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40.00 Euros.
If our products are in stock, shipping will take place within 2-3 days after receipt of payment at the latest, but usually on the next day. If the delivery period includes Sundays and public holidays, the delivery period will be extended accordingly.
Should our products not be in stock and need to be re-produced, delivery usually takes place within 4-6 weeks. Details are listed on the respective product page.
Returns of received goods are possible within two weeks without stating a reason.
Please note that we will only accept our products back in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages sent freight collect. The purchase price paid will be refunded within 2-3 business days after receipt of the goods at the latest.
