Shipping policy

We deliver our exclusive products worldwide with our shipping partner DHL.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import VAT, customs clearance fees or other costs may be incurred, which you as the customer have to bear. Please take this into account when placing your order!

Within Germany, we ship your order free of charge.

Within the EU, a flat shipping fee of EUR 18.00 applies.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 40.00.

If our products are in stock, they will be shipped no later than 2-3 days after receipt of payment, usually on the next day. If Sundays or public holidays fall within the delivery period, the delivery time is extended accordingly.

Should our products be out of stock and need to be produced again, delivery will take place as soon as possible. Details are given on the respective product page.

Right of withdrawal

Information on your statutory right of withdrawal, on returns and on refunds can be found in our instructions on withdrawal. You can also declare your withdrawal directly via the “Cancel contract” button at the bottom right of every page.

Legal guarantee

Harmonised EU notice on the legal guarantee (German version): you have a legal guarantee of at least two years. With a QR code to the EU portal Your Europe.
